It was another exciting weekend of racing for the SRA Elite team. Highlighting the weekend was Kim Conley's win at the elite Husky Classic 3000 meters in a personal best time of 8:57!
Mary Cate Quiett ran an outstanding time of 2:04.91 (also a personal best) in placing 3rd in the invitational 800 meters.

Last week, at SRA's Super Bowl Sunday 10k, the team was also well-represented:
It was great having such a strong presence at this race!
In other news, the SRA Elite Team has added a couple new athletes. Austin Ramos, a Jesuit and UCLA alum, will be competing for SRA Elite as he attempts to qualify for the Olympic Trials in the 10,000m. Miguel Nuci, a 2:15 marathoner and 3rd place finisher at CIM in 2006, is also joining the team.
